This dish boasts an appealing color, a fragrant aroma, and is ideal for vegetarians and those pursuing a healthy diet.

👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️

  • Firm tofu 350g

  • 1 head of garlic

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

  • Sunflower oil, as needed

  • Black Pepper Sauce

    • Light soy sauce 2 teaspoons

    • Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon

    • Vegetarian oyster sauce 2 teaspoons

    • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

    • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

    • Onion powder 1 teaspoon

    • Cornstarch 2 teaspoons

    • Water 120ml

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the firm tofu into blocks and make diagonal cuts on both sides to help it absorb flavor. Peel the garlic.

  2. Pour sunflower oil into a pan, using more than usual. Once the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain the oil. Continue to fry the garlic until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the "Black Pepper Sauce" evenly.

  4. Leave some oil in the pan, add the fried tofu and garlic, along with the rosemary. Stir-fry until the rosemary releases its aroma. Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until it thickens. Serve and enjoy

👉🏻✨TIPS

  • Do not use too high heat when frying tofu to avoid burning the outside while the inside remains raw.

  • Adjust the seasoning of the sauce to personal preference; for a spicier taste, add chili oil.

  • Black Pepper Tofu is not only delicious but also aids in digestion and enhances appetite. It is suitable for people of all ages, especially vegetarians and those needing to control calorie intake.
