200g beef slices
2 medium-sized shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Half a green and red bell pepper, sliced into strips
Several garlic cloves, sliced
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
A pinch of salt and sugar
Cornstarch, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, a pinch of salt and sugar, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry quickly until they change color. Remove and set aside.
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until they soften slightly. Add the sliced bell peppers and continue stir-frying.
Return the cooked beef slices to the pan, add black pepper to taste, and stir-fry evenly until well combined. Serve hot.
