200g udon noodles
150g beef
50g cabbage
1/4 carrot
1/4 onion
3 tbsp light soy sauce (1 for beef, 2 for sauce)
2 tbsp oyster sauce (1 for beef, 1 for sauce)
1 tsp starch
Water, as needed
Cooking oil, as needed
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
Marinate beef: Slice beef, mix with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and starch. Stir-fry in hot oil until color changes, then set aside.
Cook noodles & mix sauce: Boil udon noodles for 2 mins, drain. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and water to make the sauce.
Stir-fry: Sauté onion and carrot in hot oil, add cabbage, noodles, and beef. Pour in sauce and toss evenly.
