  • 200g udon noodles

  • 150g beef

  • 50g cabbage

  • 1/4 carrot

  • 1/4 onion

  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce (1 for beef, 2 for sauce)

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (1 for beef, 1 for sauce)

  • 1 tsp starch

  • Water, as needed

  • Cooking oil, as needed

👩🍳DIRECTIONS:

  1. Marinate beef: Slice beef, mix with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and starch. Stir-fry in hot oil until color changes, then set aside.

  2. Cook noodles & mix sauce: Boil udon noodles for 2 mins, drain. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and water to make the sauce.

  3. Stir-fry: Sauté onion and carrot in hot oil, add cabbage, noodles, and beef. Pour in sauce and toss evenly.
