Beef fried noodles are a delightful and nutritious Chinese fast food. Tender beef slices and chewy noodles are quickly stir-fried in hot oil, accompanied by colorful vegetables, satisfying both taste buds and dietary health balance.

  • 150g beef slices

  • 200g handmade or dried noodles

  • Half each of green and red bell peppers, sliced into thin strips

  • Half an onion, sliced into thin strips

  • A few cloves of garlic, sliced

  • A pinch of salt and sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine

  • Appropriate amount of starch

  • Adequate vegetable oil

  1. Marinate the beef slices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch for 10 minutes; cook the noodles until done, then rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.

  2. Heat the pan with cold oil, first stir-fry the sliced garlic until fragrant, then add the beef slices and quickly stir-fry until they change color, remove and set aside.

  3. Leave the oil in the pan, add the sliced onion and green and red bell peppers, stir-fry until they are tender.

  4. Add the noodles to the pan, add light and dark soy sauce for color, season with a little salt and sugar, and quickly stir-fry evenly.

  5. Finally, pour the stir-fried beef slices back into the pan, mix well, and serve.
