Beef fried noodles are a delightful and nutritious Chinese fast food. Tender beef slices and chewy noodles are quickly stir-fried in hot oil, accompanied by colorful vegetables, satisfying both taste buds and dietary health balance.

150g beef slices
200g handmade or dried noodles
Half each of green and red bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
Half an onion, sliced into thin strips
A few cloves of garlic, sliced
Appropriate amounts of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
A pinch of salt and sugar
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Appropriate amount of starch
Adequate vegetable oil
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Marinate the beef slices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch for 10 minutes; cook the noodles until done, then rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
Heat the pan with cold oil, first stir-fry the sliced garlic until fragrant, then add the beef slices and quickly stir-fry until they change color, remove and set aside.
Leave the oil in the pan, add the sliced onion and green and red bell peppers, stir-fry until they are tender.
Add the noodles to the pan, add light and dark soy sauce for color, season with a little salt and sugar, and quickly stir-fry evenly.
Finally, pour the stir-fried beef slices back into the pan, mix well, and serve.
