150g beef
1 bell pepper
100g broccoli
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt to taste
2 tbsp scallion-ginger water
1 tbsp cornstarch
A little cooking oil

Marinate the beef: Slice beef, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, scallion-ginger water, cornstarch, and oil. Let sit for 10 mins.
Blanch broccoli: Boil water, cook broccoli for 1 min, then drain.
Stir-fry beef: Heat oil, quickly stir-fry beef until browned, then set aside.
Cook veggies: Stir-fry bell peppers until tender, add broccoli, season with salt.
Assemble: Serve beef and veggies over rice.
