Bebei Pumpkin: 1
Eggs: 2
Milk: as needed
White sugar or sugar substitute: as needed (optional)
Condensed milk: 1 teaspoon (optional)
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Wash the Bebei Pumpkin, cut off the top, and scoop out the seeds and some of the flesh inside.
Mix the eggs and milk together until well blended to make the egg-milk mixture. If you prefer sweetness, add white sugar or sugar substitute, and then add condensed milk for extra creaminess.
Place the preheated pumpkin in the oven for 5 minutes to warm it up.
Remove the preheated pumpkin and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
Put the pumpkin back in the preheated oven and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes until the egg-milk mixture sets. Adjust the baking time according to the size of the pumpkin.
Increase the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 3-5 minutes to caramelize the surface.
