Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles
Unique flavor, easy to make, perfect for holidays.

Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles is an elegant and delicious dish suitable for various occasions. The green beans are tightly wrapped in bacon and baked until the salty and savory flavor of the bacon perfectly blends with the freshness of the green beans. The special sweet and savory sauce adds an unforgettable taste.

👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️
8 thick bacon slices
6 tablespoons (¾ stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
¾ teaspoon roasted garlic powder
1 ½ pounds green beans, trimmed and blanched
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the bacon in batches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until the edges just begin to brown but are still very undercooked and pliable, about 4-6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool, then cut each slice in half crosswise.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, salt, and garlic powder.
Divide the green beans into 16 equal portions, about 6 beans each. Gather each portion into a neat bunch and wrap a half slice of bacon around the center to hold the beans together.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bundles and drizzle with the butter mixture.
Roast until the bacon is cooked through and browned, about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before transferring the green bean bundles to a warmed platter and serving.

👉🏻✨TIPS
Allow the bacon to sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before using to make it easier to stretch without breaking.
You can prepare this dish a day or two in advance. The sauce can also be poured over the bundles ahead of time. Just cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
It's important to cover the dish with foil after 15 minutes of baking to prevent the beans from becoming tough.
👉🏻✨BENEFITS
This dish is not only delicious but also adds color and flavor to holiday tables. The appetizing effect of bacon combined with the refreshing taste of green beans makes this dish a highlight of holiday gatherings.
