
Asparagus Beef Rice Bowl

150g tender beef
100g asparagus
2-3 garlic cloves
1 edible raw egg
1 bowl cooked rice
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp starch
Black pepper, salt, oil (as needed)
Seaweed flakes (optional)
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Marinate beef: Slice beef, mix with cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, black pepper, salt, and oil. Marinate for 10 mins.
2️⃣ Sear beef: Heat oil, cook beef until color changes, then set aside.
3️⃣ Blanch asparagus: Cut into sections, boil for 1 min. Sauté garlic, add asparagus.
4️⃣ Combine: Return beef to pan, add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Sprinkle black pepper.
5️⃣ Fry egg: Cook egg sunny-side up (runny yolk preferred).
6️⃣ Assemble: Rice at the base, top with beef & asparagus, place egg, and garnish with seaweed.
