👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️
High-gluten flour: 200g
Low-gluten flour: 100g
Instant yeast: 3g
White sugar: 15g
Salt: 5g
Room-temperature milk: 150ml
Unsalted butter: 20g
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Combine high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, white sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl. Add room-temperature milk and mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Add unsalted butter and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic, able to form a thin membrane.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Punch down the risen dough, divide it into 8-10 small portions (about 50g each), roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes under a damp cloth.
Shape the rested dough balls into rolls again and place them in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

👉🏻✨TIPS
Keep the environment warm and humid during fermentation to help the dough rise better.
Watch the bread carefully during baking to avoid overcooking.
👉🏻✨BENEFITS
Apart Dinner Rolls can be served as a main course with various dishes or as an afternoon tea snack, paired with a cup of coffee or tea for a relaxing afternoon.
👉🏻✨NUTRITIONAL
This small bread is rich in carbohydrates and protein, providing energy and essential nutrients for the body. The addition of butter enhances the flavor, but it should be consumed in moderation to avoid excessive fat intake.
