Air Fryer Roasted Chicken Legs is a delicious dish made with the modern kitchen wonder—the air fryer. Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce (optional, for coloring)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon honey (for brushing)
A little olive oil (for coating the chicken legs to prevent sticking)

Wash the chicken legs, pat them dry with kitchen paper, and make a few slashes on both sides for better marinade absorption.
In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, soy sauce, dark soy sauce (if using), minced garlic, and minced ginger. Coat the chicken legs evenly with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Lightly brush the chicken legs with olive oil to prevent sticking, place them in the air fryer, and set the timer for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
In the last 5 minutes, remove the chicken legs, brush both sides evenly with honey, and continue cooking until golden brown and crispy.
Let the chicken legs cool for a few minutes after removing from the air fryer before serving.
