Let's plan some light and refreshing salads! Eating clean helps you stay clean (both inside and out)! I've compiled a few recent salad recipes for your reference!

Cut the potatoes into chunks, add sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and olive oil. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
Boil an egg to achieve a soft-boiled (runny yolk) consistency.
Pat the steak dry with kitchen paper, rub it with sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil, and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Pan-fry the steak for 1 minute on each side, then sear the edges. Wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Use lettuce as the base layer and arrange all the ingredients on top.

Cut the pumpkin into chunks, mix with sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil, then air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Boil an egg in cold water for 10 minutes to achieve a soft-boiled (runny yolk) consistency.
Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, sea salt, and black pepper, then pan-fry them in olive oil until cooked through.
Pan-fry the asparagus and button mushrooms until done. You can add a bit of water and cover the pan to steam them slightly for easier cooking.

Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper, then marinate it with sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Air fry the salmon at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Place lemon slices underneath for a refreshing twist.
Boil the eggs in cold water for 8 minutes.
Cook the corn kernels until tender.
Sauté the button mushrooms in olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Use salad greens as the base layer, then arrange all the ingredients on top.

Cook the corn kernels with a pinch of salt until tender.
Beat the eggs with a sprinkle of salt.
Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine and salt for 5 minutes.
Pan-fry the shrimp in olive oil until cooked, then pour in the beaten eggs and push the mixture towards the center until it sets.
Make diagonal cuts (like a flower pattern) on the chicken sausage.
Lightly pan-fry the chicken sausage in olive oil.
Use salad greens as the base layer, then arrange all the prepared ingredients on top.

Marinate the chicken breast with light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sea salt, and black pepper for half an hour.
Cut the potatoes into chunks and steam them until cooked.
Boil an egg in cold water for 8 minutes to achieve a soft-boiled (runny yolk) consistency.
Cook the broccoli and corn kernels until tender.
Pan-fry the marinated chicken breast in olive oil until fully cooked.
Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl.

Add the pasta to boiling water with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Gently place the egg into boiling water and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Shred the crab sticks into thin strips.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado into small chunks.
Use salad greens as the base layer.
Arrange all the prepared ingredients on top.
Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing.
