  1. 🔸Marinate boneless chicken thigh meat with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce for 20 minutes. Then, coat it with starch and pan-fry until both sides turn golden brown;

  2. 🔸Make silky scrambled eggs by whisking eggs with milk, and seasoning with black pepper and sea salt;

  3. 🔸Salt, Scallion, and Garlic Sauce: Mix a handful of chopped scallions, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and a proper amount of salt and black pepper until well combined;

  4. 🔸Place cooked rice in a bowl as the base, top it with the diced chicken, and drizzle the Salt, Scallion, and Garlic Sauce over it.

🎈②Asparagus Lettuce and Beef Whole Grain Meal

  1. 🔸Marinate the shrimp with black pepper, sea salt, and cooking wine, then pan-fry until cooked;

  2. 🔸Whisk the egg mixture with a little milk and salt, add the cooked shrimp, and let it set in the pan before removing from heat;

  3. 🔸Marinate the cucumber with a little salt for 10 minutes

  4. 🔸Simply place the ingredients on top of the cooked rice.

🎈③Salted Cucumber and Shrimp Silky Scrambled Egg Rice

  1. 🔸Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and half a tablespoon of starch. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes;

  2. 🔸Slice the asparagus lettuce, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture;

  3. 🔸Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant

  4. 🔸Add the marinated beef and stir-fry over high heat;

  5. 🔸Toss in the sliced asparagus lettuce and stir-fry over high heat for about ten seconds;

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces. Marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of black pepper, and salt for 10 minutes;

  2. Sauté minced garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add onions, green and red bell peppers, and stir-fry. Add the diced chicken and stir-fry over high heat;

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and it's ready to be served. (I used relatively few ingredients, so I didn't add extra salt in this step. Adjust according to your own taste preferences.)

🎈⑤Tomato and Beef Slices Rice Bowl

  1. Sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of starch, black pepper, sea salt, and half a bowl of water;

  2. Scramble the eggs until cooked, blanch the beef slices in boiling water, then sauté minced scallions and garlic until fragrant. Add peeled diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they break down into a pulpy consistency;

  3. Add the beef slices and scrambled eggs, pour in the sauce, and cook until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle some chopped scallions on top, and pour it over cooked rice.

🎈⑥Crab Stick, Mushroom, and Scrambled Egg Whole Grain Rice

  1. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then set them aside. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, and add king oyster mushrooms (or any seafood mushrooms you're using) to stir-fry;

  2. Toss in the crab sticks and the previously scrambled eggs, stir-fry everything together. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and some chopped scallions, then mix well until evenly coated;

  3. Simply layer the dish over a bed of whole grain rice and it's ready to be devoured!
