Today, I'm sharing a recipe for Mexican chicken tacos to use up those tortilla wraps that are about to expire! It's an easy recipe that's low in calories and absolutely delicious! 😋 Perfect for those on a weight loss journey!
The crispy tortilla, paired with the refreshing salsa and the slightly spicy chicken thighs, is truly a mouthwatering and satisfying combination!




👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️
Tortilla wraps (corn tortillas work too)
chicken thighs
avocado
tomato,
bell peppers
Lemon
cilantro
onion
sugar-free yogurt
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and marinate them for 1 hour with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin powder, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Use a tool to cut the tortilla wraps into circular shapes. Secure them with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 6 minutes.
3️⃣ Mash one avocado together with yogurt and lemon juice.
4️⃣ Finely chop the tomato, onion, bell peppers, and cilantro. Mix them with lemon juice, chili seeds, sea salt, and black pepper.
5️⃣ Stir-fry the chicken thighs until cooked.
6️⃣ Spread the avocado mash on the tortilla, top with the chicken thighs and salsa.
